EQUIPMENT
TPT features multiple 5-Axis and 4-Axis Advanced Machining Centers capable of continuous operation. The site also utilizes CNC lathes, CNC mills, precision deburring along with extensive assembly capabilities. TPT consists of several manufacturing cells, each dedicated to a specific product family. Parts are assigned to their cells based upon common characteristics and features. Once a part is assigned to a cell it becomes a permanent job within that cell. Quality is integrated into the manufacturing process in that cell. Fixturing and designated tooling also become part of the cell. Our equipment can accommodate design sizes up to a 24-inch cube, and some larger components upon review.
TPT MACHINE SHOP EXPERTISE
- Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or Titanium based parts preferred.
- Hog outs from solid or forged bar and plate are the most common inputs.
- Cast and forged parts are welcome.
- Precise machining of complex geometries, with 5-axis capability, including special processing and sub-assembly.
- Milled parts from 2″ square to 20″ x 20″ x 40″, with the most common size 8″ x 8″ x 16″.
- Turned parts from 1/2″ diameter to 1″ long, 16″ x 30″ long the largest, with the most common size 6″ x 12″.
